The Rogante Engineering Office is proud to co-organize the 15th International Conference on Mechanical Technologies and Structural Materials (MTSM 2026), a leading international event in mechanical engineering, advanced materials and production technologies. The conference will be held in Split, Croatia, on September 17–18, 2026. MTSM 2026 covers key topics such as additive manufacturing, structural materials, energy engineering, tribology, quality management and industrial engineering. The Conference Proceedings have been indexed in SCOPUS (Elsevier) since 2017, ensuring strong international scientific visibility. Dr. Eng. Presentation of the “Rogante” Method in North Macedonia.
On 12 February 2026, the seventh linguistic edition of the “Rogante” Study Method was officially presented in Veles (North Macedonia), marking its first publication in the Macedonian language.
The event was hosted by the Goce Delčev Library, in collaboration with the Writers’ Association Kosta Solev Racin. During the presentation, the author introduced the methodological framework underlying the project, based on a scientifically structured organization of the learning process and developed as a non-commercial cultural initiative, freely accessible within the broader paradigm of open education.
The initiative received coverage from national media in North Macedonia, reflecting the interest generated within the educational and cultural community.
The Macedonian edition represents a further step in the Method’s progressive international development, following earlier publications in English, Greek, Ukrainian, Italian, Turkish and Hungarian. Additional language versions are currently under preparation in other European and Mediterranean contexts.
The event in Veles contributed to strengthening cross-cultural academic dialogue and reaffirmed the project’s orientation toward open knowledge, international cooperation and the shared objective of supporting students through scientifically grounded methodological tools. Dr. Eng. Massimo Rogante, by invitation, has been appointed Guest Editor of the Special Issue Additive Manufacturing Enabled Surface Engineering and Coatings on Conventional Steel Substrates of “Coatings”, an international scientific journal published by MDPI AG, Basel, Switzerland. The Special Issue has been active since 02 February 2026. / L’Ing. Participation of Eng. Massimo Rogante, as Keynote Lecturer and Session Chair, at the 15th Int. Scientific Conference STRUCTURAL MATERIALS 2025, Bratislava, 11 November 2025. Dr. Rogante delivered a keynote presentation titled “Advanced characterization by atomic (neutron) techniques: probing nano/micro-structural parameters with real-world impact”. Dr. Eng. Massimo Rogante has been officially included, at the renewed invitation of Ural Federal University in Yekaterinburg, in the "UrFU Expert" network, an acknowledgment of his scientific and technical expertise in the fields of engineering and materials science. This appointment consolidates a collaboration begun in 2012 through joint research and academic initiatives. Over the years, UrFU has also designated Dr. Rogante as an international expert for participation in the QS Global Academic Survey, a tool for defining the academic reputation indicators used in Quacquarelli Symonds' QS World University Rankings. Specifically, in November 2022 and again in September 2025, the University requested formal consent to transmit his contact information to the QS Intelligence Unit, in order to allow him to be included among the academics invited to express their opinion on the best universities worldwide. This set of international recognitions demonstrates the value of Italian technical expertise in the global scientific and academic landscape. / Dr. Eng. Massimo Rogante è stato ufficialmente incluso, su rinnovato invito dell’Università Federale degli Urali di Ekaterinburg, nella rete “UrFU Expert”, un riconoscimento che valorizza le sue competenze scientifiche e tecniche nei settori dell’ingegneria e della scienza dei materiali. Tale nomina consolida una collaborazione avviata nel 2012 attraverso attività congiunte di ricerca e iniziative accademiche. Nel corso degli anni, UrFU ha inoltre indicato il Dr. Rogante come esperto internazionale per la partecipazione al QS Global Academic Survey, in vista della definizione degli indicatori di reputazione accademica utilizzati nei QS World University Rankings di Quacquarelli Symonds. The 14th International Conference “Mechanical Technologies and Structural Materials” MTSM 2025 (2nd call for papers) was successfully held on 18–19 September 2025 in Split, Croatia, organized by the Croatian Society for Mechanical Technologies with the Rogante Engineering Office and other institutions. Dr. Eng. Massimo Rogante served on both the Scientific and Organizing Committees. Researchers from around the world presented studies in advanced mechanical technologies, energy and bioengineering, and innovative structures, covering fields from industrial engineering and materials science to 3D printing and numerical analysis. With MTSM 2025, the Rogante Engineering Office has now taken part in 28 international conferences in Dalmatia. Dr. Rogante contributed two presentations: “Structural and operational dynamics of small-to-medium cast-iron foundries in Italy: a 2025 perspective” and “Feasibility study for damage analysis of a hip prosthesis made of Ti6Al7Nb alloy”. / La 14a Conferenza Internazionale “Mechanical Technologies and Structural Materials” MTSM 2025 (2nd call for papers) si è svolta con successo il 18 e 19 settembre 2025 a Spalato, Croazia, organizzata dalla Società Croata per le Tecnologie Meccaniche con lo Studio d’Ingegneria Rogante e altre istituzioni. Il Dr. Ing. Massimo Rogante ha fatto parte dei Comitati Scientifico e Organizzativo. Studiosi internazionali hanno presentato ricerche su tecnologie meccaniche avanzate, ingegneria energetica e bioingegneria, trattando anche materiali strutturali, ingegneria industriale, stampa 3D e analisi numerica. Con MTSM 2025 lo Studio d’Ingegneria Rogante raggiunge 28 conferenze internazionali in Dalmazia. L’Ing. Dopo il primo lavoro pubblicato in inglese e le successive pubblicazioni in greco (a cura dell'Istituto Ellenico per la Diplomazia Culturale di Atene), ucraino (a cura dell'Università Pedagogica Nazionale “Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv”), turco (nel Giornale dell'Accademia delle Scienze Sociali di Cihannüma) e italiano (a cura dell’Academia Georgica Treiensis), è stato recentemente pubblicato un nuovo articolo in lingua ungherese sul metodo di studio innovativo ideato dall’Ing. Massimo Rogante. Il contributo, edito dalla Camera di Commercio Italiana per l’Ungheria, è intitolato A „ROGANTE” módszer: egy új, egyszerű módszer a tanulási folyamat hatékony megszervezésére.
